HEY, I’M Lauren.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
I’m a sound healer and intuitive guide who's spent nearly two decades exploring manifestation, astrology, moon cycles, and energetic practices that reconnect us with our truth.
But before this path found me, I spent 20+ years in the fashion industry — successful on the outside, but completely burnt out on the inside. The nonstop pressure, the long hours, and the constant grind left me physically depleted and emotionally disconnected.
Sound healing found me when I needed it most. What started as a personal practice to calm my nervous system and clear my mind became the most powerful tool for transformation I’ve ever known.
Today, I create immersive sound journeys to help others release stuck energy, reconnect with their inner knowing, and realign with their highest self. I also run a fashion consulting business, because supporting others whether creatively or energetically is where my passion truly lives.
Everything I share now is rooted in what helped heal me: presence, intention, and energy that speaks to the soul.
